The Global Data Lab offers shapefiles of its data (https://globaldatalab.org/mygdl/downloads/ - account required). Their regional classification coincides mostly, but not fully, with those of CorruptionRadar. The link below will download an Excel file that matches the regions such that you can create your own geographical classifications.
